Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States only. Most pieces are heavy concrete works and ship by freight, not parcel — please read this carefully before ordering.
Lead times
Estimated lead time for each product is listed on its individual product page. Lead times begin when payment clears.
Shipping methods
- Parcel for smaller pieces (under approximately 70 lbs crated)
- Freight for larger pieces (chairs, sculptural elements, multi-piece orders). Delivery is curbside — the carrier brings the crate to a safe drop point at your address. You are responsible for moving the piece to its final location.
- Local pickup is available at our Caledonia, MI facility (5265 68th SE) by appointment. No shipping charge.
Shipping zones
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We ship to four U.S. zones: Midwest, East Coast, South / Mountain, and West Coast. International shipping is not currently available.
Signature required
All freight shipments require a signature at delivery. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If you miss your scheduled delivery, additional fees may apply.
Inspection at delivery
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery, before signing the carrier’s bill of lading. Note any visible damage, missing items, or crate damage on the bill of lading at the time of delivery, and contact us within 48 hours.
Damage claims
Mangrove handles all damage claims on your behalf with our freight provider. To report damage, email support@mangrove3d.com with your order number, photographs of the damage, and a copy of the noted bill of lading within 48 hours of delivery. We will file the claim, coordinate with the carrier, and arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
White-glove delivery
Currently not offered. We are evaluating it for the future. For now, please plan for receiving and placing the piece at your address.
Lead time delays
Production and freight schedules can occasionally slip due to materials, weather, or carrier capacity. We will keep you informed if anything changes.
