Returns Policy
Each Mangrove product is made to order, by hand, in our Caledonia, Michigan studio. Please review your order carefully before placing it. The terms below cover returns for standard (non-custom) products. Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable.
Return window
Standard products may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.
Condition
Returned products must be in original, unused, and resalable condition. Items must be returned in their original crating or comparable protective packaging.
Custom products
Custom or made-to-order pieces — including any product modified to your specifications — are non-returnable. Once production begins on a custom piece, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
How to initiate a return
Email returns@mangrove3d.com with your order number, a description of the reason for return, and clear photographs of the item’s current condition. We will review your request and, if approved, send return shipping instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit or otherwise nonconforming. We recommend using a freight carrier with full-coverage insurance — concrete pieces require careful handling on the return as well.
Restocking fee
A 25% restocking fee on the product purchase price will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, refinishing if needed, repackaging, and re-listing — costs that are real for the kind of hand-finished, made-to-order pieces we produce. The fee is clearly disclosed before purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this restocking fee on any returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds cover the product price minus the restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, this is not a “return” — please follow the damage reporting process in our Shipping Policy. We will replace, repair, or refund the damaged item without a restocking fee.
