Terms of Sale

These terms cover online purchases made through shop.mangrove3d.com. They work in addition to the Mangrove Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern all sales of our products and remain the comprehensive agreement between us. Where there is conflict, the Standard Terms control.

Online orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Until then, we may decline or limit any order — for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Prices and currency

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Michigan sales tax is added at 6% for orders shipping within the state. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, processed by Stripe. There is no surcharge for credit card payments on online orders.

Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@mangrove3d.com.

Lead times

Most products are made to order. Estimated lead times are listed on the individual product page for each item. Lead times begin when payment clears.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, OR before the order enters production, whichever comes first. After production has begun, an order may no longer be cancelled. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started — see the Standard Terms for full details.

Pricing errors

We make every effort to display accurate prices. If a product is listed at a clearly erroneous price (for example, a typographical mistake), we may decline the order and refund any amounts paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Kent County, Michigan, under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. See the Standard Terms (Section 16) for the full dispute resolution procedure.
